What You'll Do

You'll be at the forefront of managing and securing our internal Windows infrastructure as well as helping shape the environments where our cutting-edge authentication technology operates. Our products empower users to seamlessly authenticate everything from physical doors to laptops and websites using just their smartphones. You'll be part of a team that's redefining security, ensuring that our Windows server and desktop environments are robust, up-to-date, and perfectly integrated with our password-free architecture.

Responsibilities

You will be joining one of our exciting teams and taking ownership of key IT and infrastructure projects. You will be doing a subset of the following:

  • Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments and Windows desktop endpoints.

  • Administering Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

  • Assisting with the deployment, configuration, and testing of our authentication products across Windows networks.

  • Monitoring system performance, maintaining regular backups, and ensuring strict security compliance across all systems.

  • Automating routine administrative tasks and system configurations using PowerShell.

  • Providing technical support and resolving infrastructure-related issues for our internal team.

What We're Looking For

  • An insatiable desire to build something awesome

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Proven experience administering Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 endpoints.

  • Strong understanding of core network services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

  • A willingness to learn new skills and teach others what you already know

Ideal Superpowers

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager, or similar MDM/MAM solutions

  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation

  • Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration

  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)

  • Knowledge of existing authentication protocols (e.g., Kerberos, SAML, OIDC, FIDO2) and cryptographic paradigms (e.g., PKI and PGP)

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator)
