The Role
Want to help build and sell the most usable and secure authentication products on Earth?
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Expert to lead our sales operations, driving the adoption of our cutting-edge PACS and LACS solutions. This role is for a curious but confident visionary who sees beyond the sale to the impact of secure, effortless access on businesses and individuals. The ideal: someone with proven experience actively sourcing and closing deals, ensuring customer success post-sale, and is familiar with channel partnerships in the identity or access control space. You will be leading our sales team and helping with our go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Expert at Allthenticate, you will:
Spearhead the sales strategy for our PACS and LACS offerings, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and how our solutions can revolutionize their access control systems.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position Allthenticate as a leader in the market.
Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions that meet client demands and exceed expectations.
Lead sales presentations and negotiations, closing deals that contribute to our mission and growth.
Provide feedback from the field to inform continuous product improvement and innovation.
What We're Looking For
Proven expertise in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on a vision.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2-3 years of sales experience with SaaS products
Experience with CRM software, preferably Hubspot with aptitude to learn new systems
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Ability to travel as needed (up to 60% time) to attend trade shows and meet with clients
Desire to join a fast paced early stage startup
Ideal Superpowers
Experience in the security sector, particularly with PACS and LACS.
Technical understanding of authentication protocols and cybersecurity.
A network of contacts in industries that heavily utilize PACS/LACS.
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
