What You'll Do
You'll be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and flawless performance of our cutting-edge authentication technology. Our products empower users to seamlessly authenticate everything from physical doors to laptops and websites using just their smartphones. You'll be part of a team that's redefining security, and you will be the final line of defense ensuring our patented architecture—whether software-based or leveraging hardware security mechanisms—works seamlessly and securely for every user.
Responsibilities
You will be joining one of our exciting teams and owning the quality of our core products. You will be doing a subset of the following:
Developing, documenting, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for our security products.
Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test scripts to ensure continuous quality across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
Performing manual and exploratory testing for new features to identify edge cases and ensure a smooth user experience.
Identifying, recording, thoroughly documenting, and tracking bugs using issue tracking systems.
Engaging in close collaboration with software engineers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
Analyzing and proposing improvements to our QA processes, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance overall software quality.
What We're Looking For
An insatiable desire to build something awesome
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages used in automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++).
A willingness to learn new skills and teach others what you already know
Ideal Superpowers
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, PyTest, JUnit)
Experience or knowledge in testing iOS and Android mobile applications
Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and version control (Git)
Knowledge of existing authentication, cryptographic paradigms, and general security concepts
Low-level understanding of operating systems and communication protocols (e.g., BLE)
