What You’ll Do

You’ll take a customer from signed contract to every employee unlocking their computer with their phone. That means planning the rollout with their IT team, configuring single sign-on, packaging and pushing our software through their MDM, and getting on Zoom to work through whatever their environment throws at you. Most of our customers run Windows, so you’ll live in Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and SAML. Every deployment you finish becomes a playbook that makes the next one faster.

Responsibilities

You’ll own deployments end to end. Expect to be doing a subset of the following:

  • Leading customer deployments from kickoff to go-live, including planning, pilot groups, and fleet-wide rollout

  • Running working sessions on Zoom with customer IT and security teams

  • Packaging and deploying the Allthenticate desktop app and Windows credential provider through Intune, Jamf, Group Policy, and other MDM tools

  • Configuring SAML and OIDC integrations with Entra ID, Okta, and other identity providers

  • Working through hybrid Active Directory, Entra-joined, and certificate-based logon environments

  • Supporting customers over email and Slack while their rollout is underway

  • Building deployment guides, scripts, and checklists that make each rollout faster than the last

  • Feeding what you see in the field back to engineering so the product gets easier to deploy

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience deploying software or identity solutions across Windows enterprise fleets

  • A deep understanding of Windows identity and access management: Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid join, Kerberos, and Group Policy

  • Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting SAML single sign-on

  • Real experience with Intune. Jamf or another MDM is a big plus

  • PowerShell scripting for automation and packaging

  • Hands-on experience using Claude or other AI agents in your daily work, and good judgment about when to trust them

  • Comfort leading a technical call with a customer’s IT team

Ideal Superpowers

  • PKI, certificate-based logon, smart cards, or FIDO2 and passkeys

  • Managing macOS alongside Windows

  • Administering Okta, Ping, or another identity provider

  • Experience at an MSP, systems integrator, or security vendor

  • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 or SC-300

  • A homelab you can’t stop talking about
